No. As a solo senior consultant I offer reliable support during business hours (Mon–Fri 08:30–17:00). Out-of-hours incidents can be arranged via a standby partner network at an additional rate. I'd rather be honest about this than promise something I can't personally deliver at 3am.
Standard response within 1 business day. Pro subscribers get response within 4 business hours. Enterprise specialist packages follow an agreed engagement schedule.
Standard fully remote. On-site visits are possible and are included in the Pro plan (1×/quarter) and Premium plan (1×/month), or can be booked separately from half a day. Travel costs outside the Rotterdam region are discussed in advance.
Yes, all subscriptions are adjustable monthly. Notify us at least 10 days before the new month and it will be arranged immediately.
With Basic and Pro, unused hours expire at the end of the month. With Premium you can roll over unused hours for 1 month. Hour pack hours are valid for 12 months.
